• Resources are irreversibly consumed
• Outputs are custom-generated per request
No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
ReelMint does NOT offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once:
• A payment has been successfully processed, and
• A video generation request has been initiated
This applies to:
• Successful generations
• Partial generations
• Failed generations
• Rejected or moderated requests
Reasons Refunds Are Not Provided
Refunds are not possible because:
• AI video generation consumes paid computational resources
• Outputs are created uniquely for each request
• Digital services cannot be returned or resold
• Abuse prevention and fairness require strict enforcement
User Responsibility

Exceptions
No exceptions are made for:

Failed or Rejected Requests
If a request is:
• Rejected due to policy violations, or
• Fails due to invalid input or misuse
The payment is non-refundable.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Initiating unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
• Immediate suspension of access
• Permanent blocking from ReelMint
• Reporting of abuse to payment providers where applicable
