ReelMint allows users to: • Submit text prompts and/or media • Generate short AI-based videos • Receive generated videos via Telegram Key characteristics: • No account signup • No subscriptions • Pay-per-use pricing • Limited-duration video generation We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Payments: • Payments are handled by third-party payment providers (e.g., UPI gateways) • ReelMint does not store your payment credentials • Prices are displayed clearly before payment No Refund Policy: Due to the computational nature of AI video generation: • All payments are final • No refunds are provided once a generation job has started • Failed or rejected outputs due to policy violations are not refundable Please review your prompt and inputs carefully before proceeding.

You agree that you will NOT use ReelMint to generate, upload, or distribute content that: • Is illegal or promotes illegal activity • Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene • Contains child sexual content or exploitation (zero tolerance) • Promotes violence, terrorism, or hate speech • Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights • Impersonates another person or entity • Is misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive • Attempts to bypass safeguards or exploit the service Violation of these rules may result in: • Job cancellation • Loss of access • Permanent blocking without notice

Your Inputs: You retain ownership of: • Prompts • Uploaded images or videos You grant ReelMint a limited, temporary license to process this content solely for the purpose of generating videos. Generated Videos: • You are granted the right to use generated videos for personal or commercial purposes • ReelMint does not claim ownership over generated outputs However: • Generated content is not guaranteed to be unique • Similar outputs may be generated for other users

ReelMint reserves the right to: • Reject or cancel requests that violate these Terms • Apply automated or manual content moderation • Block abusive users or patterns of misuse No refunds are issued for rejected or moderated requests.

• Generated videos: Stored for up to 15 days • Uploaded input media: Stored for up to 5 days • Content is automatically deleted after retention periods • ReelMint is not responsible for content loss after deletion Users are responsible for downloading and backing up their content.

We do not guarantee: • Instant processing • Zero downtime • Specific generation times • Specific output quality AI systems are probabilistic and may: • Fail • Produce unexpected results • Vary in quality

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelMint shall NOT be liable for: • Loss of profits or revenue • Loss of data or content • Business interruption • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results Your use of ReelMint is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReelMint from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: • Your misuse of the service • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any law or third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate access to ReelMint: • Without prior notice • For violations of these Terms • For abuse, fraud, or misuse • To protect service integrity

ReelMint relies on third-party platforms such as: • Telegram • Cloud infrastructure providers • Payment gateways We are not responsible for outages, errors, or policy changes from third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
